Install in 3 steps

Double-click the downloaded install-mbbcell.bat. If Windows shows a blue warning, click More info → Run anyway.
Restart PowerPoint fully.
Open Home → Add-ins → MBB-Cell. The panel appears on the right.

Uninstall any time with uninstall-mbbcell.bat. The installer only saves one file to your user folder and registers it for your account; nothing system-wide, nothing elevated.
